Hi, I'm Elsie!

 

Dogs have been at the centre of my life for as long as I can remember. What began as a love for dogs grew into a career, and I've now spent many years working with dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. For me, training isn't just about teaching cues — it's about building trust, communication, and confidence for both ends of the lead.

 

When I found Lynette and the Naughty Dog School team, I didn't just find a workplace that helped me grow my skills — I found a family. Being surrounded by people who genuinely care about dogs and their owners is one of the most rewarding parts of my journey, and it inspires me every day.

 

One of my favourite things about this work is seeing the moment everything clicks. Whether it's a nervous dog finding its confidence or an owner finally feeling understood and supported, those moments never get old. Helping dogs feel calmer, happier, and more relaxed is what makes this job so special to me.

 

Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with dogs (surprise!), learning more about behaviour, or planning adventures with my own four-legged companions. I'm also excited to be welcoming a new puppy into my family — and really putting my skills to the test!
